Industry Focus Groups

Toll Insight facilitates Industry Focus Groups (IFGs) on specific challenges or opportunities facing the industry. Participants are subject-matter experts in the specific topic and work across the tolling value chain, including toll operation, technology provision, and consulting. Regular meetings and collaboratively created documentation comprise the bulk of group activities.

Current IFGs

U.S. Third-Party Provider (3PP) Working Group

Third party perspectives

This is an on-going collaborative opportunity to identify a "joint voice" and common denominator issues faced by Third-Party Providers (3PP)/ tolling account management vendors. Focus has been on outcomes and recommendations related to interoperability, customers, and economics from the third-party perspective.

An industry recommendation presentation was recently finalized and delivered to National Interoperability toll industry leaders. Contact us at Contact@Tollinsight.com if you'd like to learn more or receive a copy of the presentation.
