About the Event
Toll Insight is convening an industry-wide AI for Tolling online summit focused on the practical application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across tolling agencies, operators, and technology providers. The event will aim to cover the most important insights, points of consensus, and unresolved questions emerging within the industry.

Attendees will hear where AI is already delivering measurable value in toll operations, customer service, enforcement, and asset management—and where expectations may be running ahead of reality. The discussion will also highlight common implementation challenges, data and governance considerations, and near-term use cases agencies are actively prioritizing.

This AI for Tolling event will offer a grounded, peer-informed view of how AI is being applied today and is likely to shape tolling over the next 12–36 months, based not on theory, but on real-world experiences shared by industry leaders.
